Indievictual Pub Rescue has been formed over the last twelve months with the ongoing demand of failed tenancies, hand-over periods, bankruptcies and pub closures.
The Indievictual team have been operating our pubs for the last six years, running two successful sites in the heart of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. As a company, we feel we have found a format, a set of procedures, policies and core house rules for operating successful hospitality units.
With a team of highly motivated, professional & honest staff, Indievictual feels that not only can it save Pub Co's and Breweries from shutting the doors but that it can open and drive any public house forward. So whilst a landlord is considering their options, we maintain beer sales, food sales and the reputation of each unit.
Indievictual is that confident that it can also carry out new staff training for ongoing staff, low-cost pub makeovers, new food & wine interrogation and successful re-launches, making each site far easier to sell to incoming tenants.
Each site is individually looked at by our team of operational, hands-on people. We determine what can be achieved whilst we are managing the site and the timescale for us working with you. We then agree a fixed strategy to move the business forward and a percentage of turnovers is agreed. Indievictual will pay all its staffing costs, PAYE, National Insurance and any Employer/Employee Insurance Liabilities whilst the rest of the suppliers stay under the control of the landlord.
As an average, we charge 30% net turnover which allows us, as a business, to put a strong team of people in who can turn each unit around in the smallest amount of time for the success of YOU, our customer.
